RE/MAX Bulgaria has become member of NREA!

By recently becoming a direct member of the National Real Estate Association (NREA), RE/MAX Bulgaria joins its support for the proposed in July 2022 draft law to regulate the activities of real estate brokers and agents on the model of fair world practices.

The draft law will introduce minimum educational requirements for the exercise of professional real estate services in Bulgaria, as well as ethical rules and standards to improve the overall business climate. The adoption of fully harmonized with the EU local legislation aims to increase the responsibility of brokers and agents for the quality of their services, to improve the effectiveness of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of consumers and to limit the possibility of fraud and abuse in real estate transactions..

The Code of Ethics of RE/MAX is in absolute harmony with the above objectives and in this sense, the membership in National Real Estate Association (NREA) of all RE/MAX Bulgaria Agencies will represent another decisive step that can be taken to become even better in providing one of the most important social services in Bulgaria.
